I have not received my ticket booking confirmation. Need help!

You can view your booking history on the Insider app/web by heading to your profile section and clicking on tickets. You can then select the event you had purchased for and resend your ticket confirmation. An email containing your e-ticket will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can also find your e-ticket by searching for [email protected] in your inbox and spam folders.
