Help me! I am unable to book tickets for the show I’d like to attend.

From an event page, click on ‘Buy Now’, select the number of ticket/s, verify the email ID you are logged in & the order summary, complete your ticket details, click on 'Continue', select the payment mode and you will be able to successfully buy the ticket.


If you still face an issue, please clear the cache, cookies, and browsing history and try booking once again. You can also book your tickets through Insider app available on Android & iOS, but we recommend booking via desktop browser. In case the issue persists, please drop an email to [email protected] and we'll assist you right away.


Do note (for step out events), if the event is seated and allocates specific seats, you will get an option to select your zone and / or seats.


If the event is free-seating / free-standing, you can only select the seat category, the seats will be on a first-come, first served basis. Keep in mind some events (such as music events) might not be seated and will be standing. Please refer to individual event details and terms.
