A digital ticket is a new type of ticket developed by Insider, which allows you entry to a large-capacity venue (such as a stadium) without requiring you to have a physical ticket. You will only be required to carry your digital ticket (in PDF form, which will be sent to you on email) and a valid photo ID proof to gain entry to the event. This allows you to cut down on waiting time at the box office or needing to collect tickets from a ticket collection area before coming to the venue. Please note, digital tickets are only available for selected events.
