We will not enable exchange of tickets. There are two ways to fix this:
A) You can transfer these tickets to a friend
B) You can try and swap seats with someone on ground
Please note that online transfers can only be carried out until 24 hours before the event.
Why? This happens so we can gather all the data for online sales, to redeem physical passes at the box office on the day of the event.
